We are looking for a data-driven People Business Analytics & Insights Executive to join MAC, Türkiye’s leading fitness operator, evolving into a digital wellness ecosystem with MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, MAC+, and NuSpa.

This role sits at the intersection of People Analytics, international reporting, workforce planning, and data driven decision making. You will play a key role in analyzing People data, generating insights, and supporting strategic initiatives across both local and global stakeholders.

You will be responsible for end to end People reporting processes, including regular and ad-hoc international reporting, working with large datasets, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support budgeting, headcount planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

• Analyze People data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making processes
• Lead People reporting activities, including regular and ad-hoc reports for local and international stakeholders
• Support workforce planning and budgeting processes by providing data-driven analysis on headcount and staff costs
• Monitor and interpret key People metrics such as turnover, engagement, performance, and organizational efficiency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to enhance data accessibility for management and stakeholders
• Take an active role in the development, control, and continuous improvement of People systems and data processes
• Identify improvement areas in People processes through data analytics and propose actionable solutions
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reporting processes
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across people systems and reporting tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in People Analytics, Reporting, or Business Development
• Strong experience in budgeting, reporting, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience in working with large datasets and creating meaningful insights
• Advanced level of English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn
