Tasks & Activities:

• Review software requirements and specifications to understand the scope of work and highlight any gaps or ambiguities.
• Create test strategy and plan.
• Assign tasks and oversee test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of applicable functional and non-functional testing types.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Lead and manage the software testing team across multiple projects.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous improvement and best practices.
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, risks, and KPIs to management.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in IT or any relevant major.
• 5+ years of work experience in quality control and software testing.
• Professional testing certificates are a plus.
