About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen to join the Food & Beverage Service Team at Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are hiring for the following positions with the starting date of September 2026:
Food & Beverage:
- Waiter/ess
- Senior Waiter/ess
- Guest Relations Executive (Hostess)
- Bartender
- Senior Bartender
- Team Leader
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards across dining, reception, and concierge areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries, special requests, and service requirements.
- Support daily operations within your assigned department, ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues and other departments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all guest-facing areas.
- Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promoting teamwork.
About you:
The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
