We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who knows Go well and has built distributed backend systems that hold up under real production pressure. You’re someone who has worked close to the infrastructure, understands how services behave at scale in cloud-native environments, and writes code that’s built to last. What You’ll

Do:
- Design and develop high-performance backend services in Go, built for scalability and long-term reliabil

ity.- Build and maintain distributed systems running on Kubernetes-native cloud infrastruct

ure.- Contribute to the development and operation of LLM and RAG-based platform features in product

ion.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn technical requirements into robust, maintainable soluti

ons.- Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement of engineering practi

ces.- Diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend servi

ces.
What We Are Looking

- 5+ years of experience in IT

roles.- 3+ years of experience with Go as a primary programming lan
