We are hiring a Lead UI/UX Designer with mandatory TAMM platform experience to drive the design of large-scale government digital services in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in TAMM design system, components, and UX standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design strategy and execution for TAMM-based digital services
• Design end-to-end user experiences for government portals, workflows, and service journeys
• Apply and enforce TAMM design system, UI components, and UX standards across all deliverables
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive solutions
• Own and scale design systems and reusable component libraries aligned with TAMM
• Ensure strict adherence to government branding, accessibility, and usability standards
• Mentor designers and maintain high design quality across projects
• Oversee developer handoff and implementation quality

Mandatory Requirement:

• 5+ years of UI/UX / Product Design experience
• Proven hands-on experience designing for TAMM platform (Abu Dhabi Government)
• Strong expertise in TAMM design system, UI components, and guidelines
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
• Experience leading design initiatives or teams
• Strong understanding of responsive design (web + mobile)
• Solid foundation in interaction design, visual design, and usability principles
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams

Nice to have:

1. Experience with UAE government platforms
2. Familiarity with Arabic / RTL interface design
3. Portfolio with TAMM-related work
