The Shopee Regional Logistics team is committed to providing Shopee's users with the best e-commerce logistics experience in the most cost-effective way. Positioned at the crossroads of Business, Operations, and Product, the team strives to enhance delivery speed and reliability by creating innovative services to exceed users' expectations. Using the latest technology and data-driven strategies, the team optimises the entire logistics value chain, from seller to the last-mile delivery, and pre-purchase to order completion. With access to extensive data, the team gains insights into logistics operations and user preferences to deep-dive and solve pain points from a first-principles basis.

We are looking for self-driven individuals to join our team in shaping the future of courier delivery services across Asia markets. The stiff-neck competition and unique operating environment in each market makes this role a highly challenging and fulfilling one. You will be responsible for understanding business operations and requirements, identifying product solution opportunities, designing and implementing the end-to-end logistics solutions (from both business operations and systems perspective)

Job Description

Working directly with local teams and regional leadership, you will set the product agenda—deciding what gets built, in what order, and why.

  • Own the regional logistics product roadmap: gathering requirements from local and regional stakeholders and translating them into a prioritised, evidence-backed build plan
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions (ranging from predictive delivery windows and anomaly detection to vehicle routing optimisation problems) and work with data and engineering teams to bring them to market
  • Deliver clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for business users' and engineers’ reference
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design feasible and scalable logistics solutions.
  • Lead User Acceptance Test (UAT) end-to-end: design test scenarios, coordinate execution across markets, and own the go-live decision
  • Drive feature adoption post-launch through structured training, deployment coordination, and day-to-day support for market teams
  • Monitor product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), diagnose underperformance, and close the loop with data-driven proposals for the next iteration
  • Identify new strategic opportunities in cost reduction, service quality, and customer experience through direct engagement with local counterparts and logistics partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (Operations Management), Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Industrial System Engineering, or other Engineering degrees is preferred
  • Experience in product management (ideally in a technology or logistics environment) is a plus
  • Cross-disciplinary understanding of business functions (such as logistics, warehouse, marketplace operations, accounting, finance) and/or information systems (such as information exchange, data structure) is a plus
  • Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Python is a plus.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas concisely and effectively (both verbally and in writing), to stakeholders at all levels
  • Logical thinker and problem-solver. Must be an independent self-starter and a quick learner, with the diligence to follow through on complex projects
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to various warehouses and stations overseas to observe operations, implement features, and provide on-site support
