As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced Director, Account Management (RWA / Tokenization) to lead client relationships, drive retention, and scale institutional partnerships across our tokenization and digital asset offerings. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering direct exposure to high-value clients and cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the account management function for institutional and enterprise clients in RWA/tokenization.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including funds, asset managers, and corporate partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and retention.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling tokenization solutions and expanding partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new institutional clients, ensuring smooth integration into the platform.
• Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and key business metrics.
• Contribute to strategic development of the company’s RWA and tokenization offering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and RWA/tokenization concepts.
• Experience working with institutional clients (funds, asset managers, family offices, etc.).
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in upselling, retention, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High level of ownership, leadership, and performance orientation.
