CareerTakes is sourcing on behalf of a confidential client in the creator technology space seeking a New Grad Software Engineer to help build tools that empower creators and online communities.
This company operates a large-scale platform where creators connect directly with their audiences through memberships, community engagement, and digital experiences. The platform supports millions of users and generates billions in revenue for creators worldwide.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to work on impactful product features while learning from experienced engineers and contributing to a fast-growing product ecosystem.
The position follows a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in-office two days per week in either San Francisco or New York City.
The engineering team focuses on building the core platform where creators manage their content, engage with fans, and grow their businesses.
Engineers on this team work on highly visible product surfaces and tools used daily by creators and their communities.
- Contribute to the development of product features and platform systems
- Implement well-defined technical tasks with support from senior engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-facing features
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Improve your engineering skills through mentorship and hands-on development work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026
- At least one technical internship with experience developing software in a production environment
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, React, TypeScript, or MySQL is a plus
- Interest in building user-facing products and learning in a collaborative engineering environment
