• Architect with AI: You won’t just "write code"—you will orchestrate AI coding agents to generate high-quality, well-tested PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js output. You are the conductor of the machine, ensuring our velocity never outpaces our architectural integrity.
• Ship the Core: You’ll be a key driver on the team that builds and maintains our primary platform. From refining our core engine to launching entirely new product modules, you will own the lifecycle of features that move us closer to fully autonomous governance.

• Lead through Curiosity: The AI landscape changes weekly. You’ll stay at the bleeding edge of agentic coding, constantly experimenting with new workflows and sharing those breakthroughs with the team to keep our collective output "as fast as humanly possible."

• A Master of the Stack: You have deep professional experience with PHP/Laravel and modern JS frameworks (Vue.js preferred). You don't just write code; you build systems.

• 7+ years in software development (ideally with 3+ in a senior/lead capacity).
