Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: New York City ( 3 days on-site required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, trend identification, and data visualization, with exposure to big data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs.

• Perform trend analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities across large and complex datasets.

• Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.

• Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions, forecasting, and performance measurement.

• Work with large-scale / big data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and ongoing monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical models).

• Proven ability in Trend Analysis and interpreting historical and real-time data.

• Hands-on expertise in Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Solid understanding of Big Data technologies and concepts (e.g., large datasets, distributed systems).
