We are building a modern web-based SaaS platform in the loan origination domain, designed to streamline and automate the end-to-end lending process. Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including leadership responsibilities;
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern backend development practices;
- Solid experience with Angular and full-stack development;
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized services;
- Experience working with Azure, including Azure Service Bus;
- Strong understanding of system design and building scalable distributed systems;
- Experience delivering features end-to-end (from design to production);
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL;
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows;
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English;
- Strong communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.
- Lead the design and development of the system architecture and core components;
- Drive full-cycle feature development (end-to-end ownership);
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and clarify requirements;
- Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and mentoring;
- Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the team in adopting modern technologies;
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges;
- Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery processes;
- Act as a key communication point between the team and the client.
