You will:

  • Work on a variety of international projects, including but not limited to cross-border exchange programs that give new or aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in European countries;
  • Work closely with potential participants to ensure the timely and successful processing of the application;
  • Assist with the preparation of the documents (business plan, CV) necessary for the application;
  • Provide follow-up services to increase the program’s impact;
  • Support participants throughout the exchange process (relationship building and arranging details of the exchange, preparation of financial agreements, and collection of proof of attendance from participants);
  • Provide sound management of grant agreements, commitments, and timely distribution of financial assistance;
  • Prepare reports on the results of the project and deliverables.


Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, and proactivity;
  • Ability to work effectively with participants and assist them with project-related questions;
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Willingness to work with people is a must;
  • Experience in working on coordination projects in student organizations will be a plus.
