About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our early-stage team at SuprSend. In this high-impact, high-ownership role, you will be instrumental in shaping how developers and users experience our product across various touchpoints, including our website, product interface, branding, and marketing assets. Your work will directly influence user perceptions, activation rates, and long-term platform adoption. Since SuprSend is a developer-centric, product-led organization, design is not an afterthought but a core component of our product experience. Your craft will impact conversion, trust, and growth by creating intuitive, polished, and developer-friendly interfaces that resonate with our target audience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within SaaS, DevTools, or B2B technology sectors. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product UI, user flows, web design, and design systems is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Webflow is required, along with an advanced understanding of design principles including composition, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. The candidate should demonstrate first-principle thinking, research-driven design approaches, and the ability to innovate based on user insights and team collaboration. Experience in designing animations is a plus. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking full ownership of projects is highly valued.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive product flows and interfaces that simplify complex technical features for developers. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components for core product surfaces. You will work on redesigning and evolving our website and landing pages to enhance clarity, trust, and product-led growth (PLG) conversion. Building and maintaining our design system, visual guidelines, and overall brand language will be a key part of your role, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You will also craft marketing assets such as newsletters, social media posts, case studies, and presentation decks to support branding and outreach efforts. Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs will be integral, as will collaborating closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive experiences that align with our strategic goals.
