Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.
  • Work with the technology team to design and implement solutions.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth project adoption.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Analyst Should Have

  • A strong background in business analysis, particularly within technology-driven projects.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
