Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.
- Work with the technology team to design and implement solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth project adoption.
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
- A strong background in business analysis, particularly within technology-driven projects.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
