We’re partnering with a well-regarded business in the property and hospitality sector to appoint an experienced Human Resources Generalist into a broad, high-impact role. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a visible position where you’ll partner closely with leadership, take ownership of the people function, and help shape culture, capability, and compliance across the business.
We’re looking for a practical, commercially minded HR professional who is confident interpreting awards and regulations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Candidates from property, real estate or hospitality backgrounds will be highly regarded.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with leaders on all things HR
- Leading workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Supporting performance management, probation reviews and development planning
- Overseeing HR systems, policies and procedures
- Coordinating payroll with an external provider
- Driving employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Managing monthly HR reporting, compliance and workforce metrics
- Supporting health, safety and workplace compliance requirements
- Overseeing Modern Slavery reporting and legislative obligations
What we’re looking for:
- Strong generalist HR experience in a standalone or autonomous role
- Confident interpreting awards, regulations and employment legislation
- A practical, commercial approach to Fair Work matters
- Someone responsive, approachable and able to handle issues as they arise
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in real estate or hospitality will be highly regarded
What’s on offer:
- $100,000 - $120,000 + super + bonus
