The Role
We are looking for a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer to support the continued development of the platform. In this part-time role, you will be a key contributor to feature development, system integrations, and platform stability. You will work across the entire stack, collaborating with our AI and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact capabilities while maintaining a clean, maintainable codebase.

The Role
We are looking for a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer to support the continued development of the platform. In this part-time role, you will be a key contributor to feature development, system integrations, and platform stability. You will work across the entire stack, collaborating with our AI and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact capabilities while maintaining a clean, maintainable codebase.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Build and maintain robust REST APIs for the core platform.
- Extend and optimize PostgreSQL schemas using Prisma ORM.
- Ensure the secure handling of API requests and sensitive user data.
- Develop and refine the web interface using React + Vite.
- Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend services.
- Prioritize clean UX and responsive UI behavior.
- Support the DevOps pipeline using Docker and GitHub Actions.
- Assist in debugging and optimizing services hosted on AWS.
- Improve observability, logging, and error-handling across the platform.
- Participate in testing, bug fixes, and incremental architectural improvements.
Technical Requirements
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and REST API design.
- Frontend: Expertise in React development.
- Database: Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.
- Workflows: Git-based version control and asynchronous API integrations.
- Security: Familiarity with API security best practices and environment-based configuration.
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI API, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
- Knowledge of observability and logging practices.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering workflows.
