Plan A Technologies is looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversee and execute core HR activities, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee support (e.g., 1-on-1 meetings).
  • Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Design and manage internal benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, reimbursements, and payments.
  • Plan and coordinate team events, including scouting locations and organizing engaging remote activities.
  • Develop and present HR reports, dashboards, and presentations on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Support other HR functions by providing administrative and operational assistance as needed.
  • Facilitate initiatives that strengthen corporate culture and enhance employer branding.
  • Demonstrate progressive leadership by mentoring team members and driving collaborative projects.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in individual coaching, performance consulting, and talent development.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and tools.
  • Experience leading initiatives to build corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
