Plan A Technologies is looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee and execute core HR activities, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee support (e.g., 1-on-1 meetings).
- Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Design and manage internal benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, reimbursements, and payments.
- Plan and coordinate team events, including scouting locations and organizing engaging remote activities.
- Develop and present HR reports, dashboards, and presentations on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Support other HR functions by providing administrative and operational assistance as needed.
- Facilitate initiatives that strengthen corporate culture and enhance employer branding.
- Demonstrate progressive leadership by mentoring team members and driving collaborative projects.
- Communication: Effectively engage with diverse audiences and foster understanding through clear and strategic communication.
- Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with team members, coach others, and manage conflicts constructively.
- Planning and Organizing: Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Attention to Detail: Deliver accurate and high-quality work consistently.
- Emotional Intelligence: Navigate interpersonal dynamics with empathy, self-awareness, and composure.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze situations critically, gather information, and devise effective solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Seek opportunities for personal growth and contribute to the development of others.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in individual coaching, performance consulting, and talent development.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and tools.
- Experience leading initiatives to build corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
