You will work closely with senior Project Managers and the Head of Delivery, helping coordinate delivery processes, supporting staff augmentation accounts, and contributing to continuous improvements in how our Delivery area operates.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone proactive, highly committed, and eager to grow within the project management and software delivery space.
Main responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in the coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects
- Help manage staff augmentation accounts, ensuring smooth communication and operational tracking
- Follow up on small maintenance accounts when required
- Assist in tracking delivery processes, team coordination, and project documentation
- Contribute to process improvements within the Delivery area
- Monitor staffing needs and emerging team requirements across projects
- Provide operational support to ensure projects and client engagements run smoothly
- Background in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields (completed or in progress)
- Previous experience in the software industry.
- Some exposure to project coordination, delivery, or team collaboration environments
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly proactive attitude and strong commitment to learning and growth
- Full-time availability
