About the Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python/React Developer to join a dynamic team focused on building an internal AI platform. This platform is designed to enhance daily communication and collaboration between agents, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a project for a major player in the Belgian and European energy landscape. You will be part of a team that is building a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure, contributing directly to reducing our ecological footprint and stimulating economic growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting ongoing initiatives within an existing team, developing an AI platform for internal use. You are expected to follow high standards of quality and bring your expertise to ensure robust and scalable code delivery. You will work side-by-side in a diverse and inclusive environment that values innovation and collaboration.
Required Technical Expertise:
- AI & Large Language Models (LLM): Strong knowledge of AI agent creation, LLMs, MCP, A2A, and RAG databases is essential.
- Backend Development:
- Languages: Python
- Frameworks: FastAPI
- APIs: Service and API development
- Messaging: Queues and Messaging (RabbitMQ)
- Databases: Database development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) with SQLAlchemy
- Security: SAML, Oauth, EntraId
- Testing: Pytest
- Frontend Development:
- Framework: React
- Languages: JavaScript, CSS
- Tools: NX (for MicroFrontend)
- DevOps & Cloud:
- Containerization and cloud techniques (Kubernetes)
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps pipelining, ArgoCD)
- Architecture: Knowledge of Micro-services architecture is a plus.
- AI Advantage: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and Co-Pilot is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Proactive attitude, bringing well-argued ideas to the team.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Language proficiency: Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
