Job Description
You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:
- Telemarketing, especially conducting initial and follow-up phone calls
- Establishing and expanding the list of clients
- Checking the arrivals list in cooperation with the Sales Manager
- Helping to plan and implement all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
- Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation

- Ideally have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
- Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
- Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
- Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling
- Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
