We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Manager to join our SAP GTS Center of Excellence . In this leadership role, you will drive the design and implementation of global trade Compliance, Customs and Trade Preference management solutions while mentoring a team of consultants and establishing best practices across our organization.
This is a strategic client-facing position that combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and thought leadership. You will work with senior stakeholders, lead complex implementations across diverse industries, and contribute to the evolution of our GTS service offering while building and developing high-performing teams

Your Journey With Us/Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation projects and manage project delivery across multiple engagements
- Design comprehensive GTS solutions (Customs Management, Compliance Management, Trade Preference Management) aligned with client strategy
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Conduct complex business process analysis and provide strategic optimization recommendations
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for senior stakeholder engagement
- Oversee system testing, UAT coordination, and resolution of critical functional issues
- Establish and maintain GTS best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and thought leadership initiatives
- Keep your SAP GTS knowledge up to dateand drive innovation in our service delivery approach
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS implementation projects
- Proven experience leading and delivering multiple full lifecycle implementation projects (design, build, test, deploy)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC6 implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in the following GTS modules:
- Customs Management
- Compliance Management
- Trade Preference Management
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
- Experience with managing complex, multi-phase implementations with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- University degree such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related/other fields.
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
