Project Manager

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a structured, technically minded project manager who enjoys navigating complex institutional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or supply chain field with at least 5 years’ experience in an international operational or logistical environment
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, technical sales support, procurement, or tender management
• Experience working with institutional clients/public procurement or deployed operations is a strong plus
• Proven experience coordinating multiple supply chains, sourcing support & procurement activities
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, cooperating with product development, production supervision & logistics teams

Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Commercially minded, with experience in price negotiations and understanding of commercial targets, budgets & project profitability
• A natural communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Analytical and hands-on, able to balance strategy with execution.
• Fluency in English plus Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
