We’ve built an automated on-demand manufacturing platform that connects engineers and manufacturers across Europe. Customers upload drawings, receive instant quotes, and order parts online in minutes, not days.

As we scale, data is critical.

We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own our data foundation, ensuring reliability, clarity, and automation across the business.If you want to sit at the centre of product, sales, and executive decision-making, this is your role.

🚀 The Role

You will own three critical areas:

Business IntelligenceDevelop dashboards, and beyond, you’ll tackle complex business problems head-on. Think building pricing models and algorithms that optimise pricing for volume manufacturing and order aggregation, or uncovering the levers that drive margin across thousands of unique parts. You’ll deliver analyses that give the company:

  • Connected processes analytics
  • Pricing and margin optimisation insights
  • Operational performance tracking
  • Customer behaviour intelligence

Process Automation & OptimisationReplace manual, error-prone workflows with:

  • Automated pipelines
  • Scheduled reporting
  • Alerting systems
  • Machine learning solutions

Data ManagementEnsure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across:

  • BigQuery
  • Salesforce
  • Internal systems
  • You’ll establish modeling standards, governance practices, and ensure our data is trustworthy and scalable.
  • Your work directly improves time-to-market and operational efficiency.

This role bridges the gap between raw data and faster, more reliable decision-making across Fractory.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Executive, Product, and Sales teams to understand data needs
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive action
  • Identify and automate manual workflows
  • Introduce novel methods to optimize workflows
  • Manage and optimize the data warehouse and data models
  • Ensure data integrity across systems
  • Integrate and transform multi-source datasets
  • Apply software engineering best practices to analytics (version control, testing, CI)
  • Administer Salesforce and related CRM data infrastructure
  • Train and onboard business users on data tools and standards

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • Transform data into insights
  • Strong SQL proficiency
  • Experience with BigQuery and dbt
  • Working knowledge of Python for automation and analysis
  • Ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets
  • Clear communication, explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Data governance and documentation frameworks
  • ETL/ELT orchestration tools (Airflow, Fivetran)
  • Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience in machine learning
