In this role, you will drive high impact initiatives in the People and Culture function and across the wider business, collaborate across regions, and support global projects that shape how our organization operates and evolves. You will thrive if you enjoy bringing clarity to complex environments, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and turning strategic plans into real, tangible outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- You lead complex regional and global People and Culture projects such as employee footprint initiatives, process development, and skills mapping, ensuring clear structure and measurable outcomes.
- You drive implementation or enhancement of global HR systems and processes, partnering closely with People Tech and People Operations teams.
- You develop project plans, milestones, resource models, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring progress and alignment throughout each project.
- You prepare project governance materials and senior level communication, partnering with leaders to secure decisions and drive momentum.
- You collaborate with People and Culture teams globally and support stakeholders in change activities including communication, training, and adoption planning.
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- You bring 5 to 10 years of experience in HR project management or HR transformation in large international organizations.
- You have a strong understanding of HR processes, modern HR technology, and employee lifecycle topics.
- You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate matrix organizations with confidence.
- You ideally hold recognized certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Agile.
- You have advanced English proficiency.
You excel at bringing structure to complex global environments and transforming insights into clear actions. You are analytical, collaborative, and comfortable leading cross border initiatives with diverse stakeholders. You continuously connect project goals to strategic People and Culture priorities and keep outcomes at the center of your decision making.
