Accenture Strategy & Consulting is looking for an AI & Data Analyst to join our AI & Data team in Finland.

We help our clients design and build modern data platforms and AI solutions — from cloud-based data engineering to Generative AI and agentic AI use cases. You’ll work as part of experienced, multidisciplinary teams, supporting well-known clients across industries while developing your skills in a real client environment.
Description of the role and practice:
As an AI & Data Analyst, you will work hands-on with data and AI technologies while collaborating closely with colleagues and clients. Typical responsibilities include:
Supporting the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, primarily using Databricks and Snowflake
Contributing to AI engineering, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, and integrations
Working on data engineering tasks, with exposure to applied data science and ML use cases
Collaborating in client-facing project teams, helping translate business needs into technical solutions
Communicating clearly with team members and stakeholders, and learning to present technical work in a business-friendly way
This role offers strong learning opportunities and close mentoring from senior consultants and architects.
We are looking for someone at an early stage of their consulting or professional career, with a strong interest in AI and data engineering:
1–3 years of experience (or strong academic/project background) in data engineering, data science, or AI-related roles
Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake, and modern cloud data platforms
Familiarity with Generative AI, AI engineering or agent-based AI concepts is a strong plus
Basic understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and the data lifecycle
Interest in working in client-facing roles and collaborating with diverse teams
Good communication skills and ability to work with people from both technical and business backgrounds
Proficiency in English and one of the Nordic languages
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, data, engineering, analytics)
