Product Manager – Composites Portfolio

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a diverse and technically advanced portfolio, including TiO2, pigments, resins, additives, and curing agents for the composites market. This is a home-based role in Germany, offering the autonomy to lead product strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a strategic product portfolio within the composites sector
• Design, implement, and drive product strategies across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Partner closely with the sales team to execute growth plans and maximize market penetration
• Lead pricing strategy and margin optimization initiatives
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
• Perform competitor analysis to inform positioning and strategic decisions
• Deliver product training and support to the commercial team and key stakeholders
• Act as the key interface between customers, sales, marketing, and technical teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Product Management, technical sales, purchasing or procurement within the chemicals or materials science market
• Strong knowledge of composite raw materials and/or related product categories (e.g., pigments, resins, additives, Ti02)
• Commercial acumen with experience in pricing and portfolio management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, autonomous environment
