- Den gesamten Employee Lifecycle begleiten — von Onboarding bis Offboarding
- Verträge, Zeugnisse & HR-Dokumente mit arbeitsrechtlichem Know-how erstellen
- Die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung eigenverantwortlich vorbereiten & prüfen
- Mitarbeiterdaten in SAP SuccessFactors pflegen und HR-Kennzahlen liefern
- Employee Engagement & HR-Projekte aktiv mitgestalten
- 5+ Jahre HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Payroll-Background
- Studium in HR, BWL, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors von Vorteil
- Fließend Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch
- Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise und souveränes Auftreten

What You'll Do
- Own the full employee lifecycle — from first day!
- Draft contracts, references & HR documents with a sharp eye for labour law
- Independently prepare and review monthly payroll
- Keep employee data pristine in SAP SuccessFactors and deliver HR insights
- Drive employee engagement & HR projects
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally with payroll exposure
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent
- Confident with MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors a plus
- Fluent German, good English
- Structured, detail-oriented and professionally confident
