IT & Database Administrator

Our client, a professional membership body are seeking a Systems Administrator to join their Business Support and Strategy team.

Location: Dublin 1, near Connolly train station

Key Responsibilities

• Process academic and membership transactions, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain member records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
• Identify and implement data improvement initiatives.
• Configure systems to meet academic, CPD, and membership requirements.
• Support the testing and implementation of system changes.
• Perform root cause analysis on system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Experience in administrating and supporting end-user applications.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Desirable: Degree in IT or related discipline or professional experience in a related field.
