Our client, a professional membership body are seeking a Systems Administrator to join their Business Support and Strategy team.
Location: Dublin 1, near Connolly train station
Salary: Excellent salary & benefits including flexi-time, pension, health insurance, educational support, etc.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. The role is ideal for a junior candidate who with experience of administrating and supporting end user applications looking to continue to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Process academic and membership transactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain member records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Identify and implement data improvement initiatives.
- Configure systems to meet academic, CPD, and membership requirements.
- Support the testing and implementation of system changes.
- Perform root cause analysis on system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience in administrating and supporting end-user applications.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Desirable: Degree in IT or related discipline or professional experience in a related field.
