Key Responsibilities
Impact and Influence
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure and enforce adherence to established ICT governance, cybersecurity standards, and information protection policies.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess the effectiveness of current security measures and initiate continuous improvements to bolster ICT security and minimize organizational risk.
- Incident Analysis: Analyze security-relevant events and evaluate their potential impact on ICT infrastructure and systems.
- Incident Response Coordination: Collaborate with security officers and specialists to coordinate the defense against and remediation of security threats.
- Emergency Measures: Implement appropriate protective measures immediately in response to security incidents.
- Strategic Advisory: Contribute to the development of technical solutions and decision-making frameworks based on complex security requirements.
- Systems Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation and procurement of advanced security systems and specialized tools.
- Audit Management: Support the planning and execution of internal and external audits.
- Vulnerability Remediation: Coordinate and ensure the timely resolution of findings resulting from audits and penetration tests.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Degree in Computer Science (EFZ) with an advanced specialization in ICT Security (University, FH, or HF) or a comparable professional background.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CAS/MAS) or expertise in ISO/NIST frameworks are highly desirable.
- Expertise: Proven experience in Vulnerability Management.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong conceptual thinking skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Soft Skills: An "out-of-the-box" thinker with a positive attitude, high customer focus, and excellent consulting capabilities.
- Collaboration: A self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Languages: Native-level proficiency in German and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Public Sector Experience: Prior experience engaging with authorities and administrative bodies is an advantage.
