Your Mission

This is a 2‑year project‑based contract, with the possibility to extend based on business needs and performance.
What You’ll Do
As our Quality Assurance Tester, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our digital products:
- Be an integral part of our Agile Scrum (DevOps) team and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Own the functional testing and approval of new features, stories, and bug fixes in close collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
- Execute and coordinate regression testing together with IT and business teams.
- Create and maintain test scripts, document results, and ensure high traceability.
- Drive test automation where possible to increase speed and efficiency.
- Contribute to refinements with developers, Product Owners, and UX/UI, providing input on test impact and estimations.
- Support troubleshooting and act as a key link between technical teams and business users.
- Continuously enhance testing processes, tools, and quality practices.
- Step in for selected Scrum Master activities when needed.
- Contribute to our broader digital strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
- 3+ years of hands‑on test execution experience.
- Strong background in testing portals, web applications, interfaces, and working across various browsers (including mobile).
- Knowledge of testing methodologies such as TMAP and/or ISTQB.
- Experience in Agile‑Scrum and DevOps environments, including tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with test automation and tooling (e.g., UIpath, Browserstack).
- Comfortable working in distributed/offshore team setups.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent English and experience working in a global environment.
- Knowledge of incident management processes.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,500 – 4,500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
