Exacaster’s Genesis team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI solutions) to help bring cutting-edge Generative AI solutions from prototype to reliable production systems.
About The Role
We are looking for a senior engineer who enjoys building real, production-ready AI systems — not just experiments.
In this role, you will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design and deliver robust applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will help ensure our AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and ready for real-world usage.
This role is ideal for a strong backend or full-stack engineer who has experience shipping complex software systems and is excited about applying modern AI technologies in production environments.
Previous experience with AI is beneficial but not required — strong engineering fundamentals and curiosity to work with AI technologies are more important.
Your daily tasks will include

Your daily tasks will include
- Design and develop production-grade applications powered by LLMs and Generative AI.
- Build backend services and APIs that integrate AI models into scalable systems.
- Lead the release and deployment process for AI-driven products and services.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of AI-powered systems in production.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate models into end-to-end products.
- Improve engineering practices around CI/CD, versioning, testing, and release management.
- Support rapid prototyping while ensuring the transition to production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for AI-powered applications.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full stack)
- Experience building and shipping production software systems
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and backend development
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Interest or experience working with AI / LLM technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with LLM frameworks.
- Experience working with vector databases or RAG architectures.
- Experience building AI-powered products or internal platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
- Monthly salary for this position ranges from 5000 EUR gross to 7000 EUR gross for a full-time role and may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
