As part of Danske Bank’s Third‑Party Risk Management organisation, the TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance unit plays an essential role. We are expanding our recently established team that maintains and develops the third‑party risk rating model and manages the bank’s portfolio of third parties.
As a newly formed team, you will work alongside four other specialists, contributing to our dual mandate: managing risk and ensuring the timely onboarding of third parties. Since the team operates globally, you can expect to collaborate closely with colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark.

We are seeking a person who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, enjoys organizing their own tasks, and brings initiative and ownership from day one. This role suits someone who thrives in a transforming environment and is motivated by continuous improvement.
You will:
- Compile internal and external data to maintain and update third‑party data repositories
- Analyse third‑party incidents and record relevant data points
- Apply quantitative risk management techniques to assess risk exposure
- Develop, program and maintain the third‑party risk rating model (Python)
- Create data visualisations to present insights clearly to management
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify key third‑party risk drivers
- Support the development of data analytics capabilities within the team
- Educate and guide the organisation on the value of data analytics and quantitative risk management in the third‑party context
- Python programming: Proficiency in Python, with at least three years of experience writing advanced scripts – for example, extracting and analysing large datasets from Excel files, automating workflows, calculating case‑processing times, and developing quantitative risk models. Experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib for data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation is essential
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced-level knowledge
- Data visualisation: Ability to present data in a clear, accessible, and visually compelling way
- Data extraction: Experience identifying and retrieving relevant data from diverse sources
- Statistical analysis: For example, experience with linear regression models or Monte Carlo analysis
- English proficiency: Strong command of English, enabling clear and effortless communication
- Interpersonal skills: A professional, respectful of others, diplomatic, and curious approach when working with colleagues and stakeholders
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior. From 1 April 2026, it will be renamed to Data Analytics under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
