We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will manage projects across various disciplines such as web3 strategy, design, branding, development, and marketing. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, driving project execution, facilitating effective communication, and meeting project objectives.

This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate your project management skills and contribute to innovative and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the initiation and execution of projects, defining their scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline, maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams in strategy, design, development, and marketing to ensure seamless project execution.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and serve as the central point of contact for project inquiries.
  
  

Resource Management

• Determine project resource needs and allocate appropriate personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring they meet project standards and quality requirements.
  
  

Risk And Issue Management

• Identify and assess project risks and dependencies and create proactive mitigation plans.
• Continuously monitor project health and implement contingency measures when needed.
• Facilitate decision-making processes to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
  
  

Project Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.
