About the Role

Recently named “EdTech Startup of the Year,” we are building a super app where students can learn, solve questions, get coaching, track their progress, and grow — all in one integrated system.

We are now looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with the founders to execute our product priorities with precision, structure, and speed. If you enjoy bringing clarity to chaos, structuring complexity, and shipping meaningful improvements fast, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Product Execution

• Execute the founder-defined product roadmap with discipline and clarity
• Translate business priorities into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality sprint delivery
• Maintain a structured, clean, and focused product backlog

Product Measurement & Analytics

• Define and maintain a clear KPI framework across activation, retention, engagement, and monetization
• Design and document event tracking plans
• Work with engineering to ensure correct implementation of analytics
• Turn data into actionable insights and experiments

Cross-Team Coordination

• Collect and structure product requests from internal teams
• Simplify and document requirements before passing them to engineering
• Act as the bridge between business, growth, and tech
• Ensure product work aligns with company priorities

User Research & UX Improvement

• Conduct regular interviews with students and coaches
• Identify friction points and product improvement opportunities
• Translate qualitative insights into structured product enhancements
• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype flows and communicate ideas clearly to tech

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or consumer-facing apps
• Strong execution discipline and structured thinking
• Experience writing clear and detailed product documentation
• Hands-on experience with product metrics and analytics tools
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High ownership and accountability

Bonus: Experience in EdTech, marketplaces, AI-enabled products, or B2C mobile apps
