Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Doha, Qatar, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, preparing proposals and demonstrations, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service. The role will also involve staying updated on market trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to bridge technical solutions with customer needs
- Technical Support expertise, with a deep understanding of ICT solutions and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong Communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, network security, and data protection solutions is an advantage
- Effective problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
