Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Al Khor and Al Dhakhira, Qatar. As a QA QC Officer for the STW Plant, the role involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes, conducting audits, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The officer will analyze performance metrics, identify quality issues, and collaborate with various departments to ensure the plant operates efficiently and meets regulatory and organizational quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational quality data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in Quality Management, including overseeing systems and processes to maintain high-quality operations
- Knowledge of Quality Auditing standards and practices, with the ability to conduct comprehensive audits
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment operations and sewage systems is a distinct advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
