The Senior Presales Consultant is responsible for leading the design of complex enterprise infrastructure solutions. The role requires deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, virtualization, cloud platforms, and AI-ready environments, with strong experience in solution sizing, proposal development, and customer engagement.

The Senior Presales Consultant is responsible for leading the design of complex enterprise infrastructure solutions. The role requires deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, virtualization, cloud platforms, and AI-ready environments, with strong experience in solution sizing, proposal development, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design of enterprise infrastructure solutions for large customers.
- Perform advanced infrastructure sizing and architecture design across: Compute platforms Enterprise storage Backup and disaster recovery Virtualization and private cloud
- Design hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem infrastructure with public cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership during RFP responses, proposal development, and technical workshops.
- Design AI-ready infrastructure solutions, including GPU-based systems, data platforms, and high-performance environments.
- Evaluate and position solutions from HPE and articulate differentiation against Dell, NetApp, and Cisco.
- Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and vendor technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Develop high-level architectures, solution blueprints, and technical presentations.
- Conduct customer workshops, technical briefings, and solution demonstrations.
- Mentor and guide junior presales engineers.
- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure architecture and solution design.
- Deep experience in infrastructure sizing, performance planning, and capacity modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization platforms and private cloud architectures.
- Experience with HPE infrastructure portfolio.
- Strong understanding of competing technologies from Dell, NetApp, and Cisco.
- Solid knowledge of Hybrid Cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, private cloud).
- Awareness of AI infrastructure requirements including GPU compute, high-performance storage, and data pipelines.
- Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7–12 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Infrastructure Consulting.
- Vendor certifications (HPE, VMware, Cisco, Cloud platforms) are highly desirable.
- Experience working on large enterprise or government infrastructure projects
