We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior / Principal Full Stack AI Practitioner to lead rapid prototyping, solution engineering, and AI adoption across client and internal projects.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Deep hands-on expertise in:
• Primary stacks: JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node.js), Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Secondary stacks: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (ASP.NET Core, Blazor).
• Proven experience using GitHub Copilot/Claude or similar AI pair-programming tools for real-world projects.
• Experience with Replit, Lovable, or comparable AI-enabled development environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM integration, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps automation.
• Familiarity with mobile app prototyping (React Native, Flutter) and frontend design workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Rapid Prototyping & Solution Development

• Design, develop, and iterate AI-powered web and mobile applications end-to-end.
• Rapidly turn client or internal ideas into functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Build and integrate LLM-based features, RAG workflows, and AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools — especially GitHub Copilot, Replit, Lovable, and similar environments — to accelerate coding, refactoring, and ideation.
• Deliver prototypes with clean, extensible architectures that can evolve into long-term solutions.

Project Bootstrapping

• Establish robust, scalable architecture foundations, repositories, CI/CD, and cloud environments for new AI projects.
• Develop and maintain starter templates, AI integration kits, and best-practice codebases for rapid reuse.
• Partner with design and product teams to define MVP scopes and iterate fast to achieve client validation.

AI Training & Internal Enablement

• Conduct hands-on training sessions, bootcamps, and code labs on topics including:
• AI integration patterns
• LLM application development
• Using GitHub Copilot effectively for productivity, code quality, and AI-assisted design
• Mentor engineers on prompt engineering, AI-first solution design, and prototyping workflows using modern tools.
• Help institutionalize best practices for AI pair programming and AI-augmented software engineering.

AI Adoption & Evangelism

• Act as an AI and productivity champion within delivery and client teams.
• Partner with pre-sales and solutioning teams to build PoCs, accelerators, and client demos showcasing AI value.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI toolchains, SDKs, and coding assistants.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of AI-assisted development workflows to increase engineering speed and innovation capacity.
