About the Role:
As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project architectures and providing high-quality designs.
Responsibilities:
- Performing requirement analysis and overseeing project scope architectures.
- Providing customized reusable solutions for projects.
- Developing detailed designs.
- Conducting unit testing and risk mitigation planning.
- Configuring work and assessing technical impacts.
- Reviewing other developers' work and providing feedback.
- Using coding standards and best practices.
- Contributing to operational and architecture requirements.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in JAVA/J2EE Technologies.
- Experience with Java Struts, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Version Control Systems like SVN and GIT.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Application Servers like WebSphere.
- Experience in Build Automation Tools like Jenkins, ANT, Maven, Gradle, etc.
- Advance understanding of modern software development methodologies.
- Advance understanding of Software Testing methodologies and tools.
- Advance understanding of RDBMS databases such as Oracle, DB2.
