Job Title: Integration Architect & Technical Lead

Job overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect and Technical Lead to support the delivery of autonomous vehicle integration solutions within large-scale mining environments. This role will play a critical part in ensuring alignment between OEM engineering teams and client system interoperability frameworks, while leading technical integration activities across geographically distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead integration architecture alignment with client interoperability frameworks and interface specifications.
• Translate system interface requirements into executable engineering requirements for OEM development teams.
• Define and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for cross-system integration.
• Ensure messaging structures, data models, and distributed system communications comply with defined interface contracts.
• Facilitate cross-border technical workshops with engineering teams in Australia and China.
• Clarify and resolve technical requirement interpretations between OEM teams and client stakeholders.
• Maintain requirements traceability linking interface specifications to engineering deliverables.
• Identify and manage interface-related technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Act as technical authority during system integration reviews, audits, and conformance testing.
• Escalate integration risks or deviations with documented mitigation plans.
Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in autonomous vehicle systems, autonomous haulage systems (AHS), or complex system integration environments.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, drive-by-wire (DBW), and distributed autonomy architectures.
• Proven experience working with OEM engineering teams and multi-system integration projects.
• Ability to operate effectively within cross-cultural and international engineering delivery environments.
Desirable Experience
• Experience working within Tier-1 mining automation or interoperability frameworks.
• Experience supporting autonomous mining or heavy vehicle platforms.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
• Experience leading technical workshops and cross-border engineering collaboration.
