As the bank continues its strategic transformation across digital channels, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to help shape and refine market‑leading products used by millions of customers nationwide.

Your new role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in an established cross‑functional product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers and key business stakeholders. You will lead end-to-end design activity across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and polished UI delivery.

You will work across complex customer journeys, turning insights into elegant, scalable design solutions that elevate user experience and align with the bank’s design system and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end product design for digital features across mobile and web
• Facilitate discovery activities, workshops, and user research
• Develop customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver quality outcomes
• Advocate for design best practice, accessibility and customer‑centric thinking
• Analyse user feedback and data to iterate and enhance product experiences
• Support continuous improvement of design systems and component libraries

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ experience in Product/UX/UI Design, preferably within financial services or large enterprise environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered, end‑to-end product design work
• Expertise in Figma and modern design methodologies
• Experience working in agile cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work across both strategic design and hands‑on delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
