Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for another People Coordinator to join our team! You’ll report to a Senior People Partner and work alongside a close knit People Advisory team. You’ll be a key support to the team by supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects and organisational human resource generalist support. You will thrive in this role if you’re service-oriented, proactive, and enjoy keeping things organised, helping the team stay on track.

A typical day can include (although, there’s a lot of variety!)

  • Supporting your Senior People Partner in delivering client work, including developing people strategies and plans
  • Own and execute the core administrative and data management function for client teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality people administration services.
  • Contribute as a key stakeholder in supporting the team’s clients by coordinating and delivering on the core range of HR generalist activities
  • Act as a go to person for the team’s client base to provide core support in the human resources generalist world
  • Becoming a systems expert in HR platforms (e.g. EHero, Hibob, Culture Amp, and other Engagement, Learning + HRIS systems)
  • Providing support across the client portfolio, ensuring compliance with legislation and best-practice advisory
  • Collaborating with the team to gather data driven insights and implement solutions or initiatives that will help your team and clients achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contributing to internal We Are Charlotte projects as required
  • Working in a hybrid work environment - balancing time in our office, at client offices, and working from home

What we’re looking for:

  • Two years experience in a similar role (essential)
  • Ability to run autonomously on people compliance topics such as policy interpretation and other ER matters (essential)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desired)
  • High levels of initiative and energy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working with data and making informed decisions
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying current on HR trends
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

What we offer:

  • Career Growth: the experience you will get in this role is unparalleled. Working with stakeholders at a variety of seniority levels, different types of business and industries. You’ll work hard but you’ll rapidly advance your career and capabilities!
  • Flexi Friday: Friday is the day to wrap up the loose ends at work and spend some time focusing on YOU. When we can, we try and wrap up around lunchtime and spend the afternoon doing the things you need to do.
  • Client Base: we partner with a variety of businesses, across most industries, which is a unique but VERY fun challenge. There’s a lot of potential out there, and it’s an exciting time to get involved with their businesses.
  • ‘Work From Anywhere’: A change of scenery does wonders for the soul, and we get it! At We Are Charlotte, we offer you the chance to work from another location (a few conditions are attached!) twice a year (1 week at a time)
  • Be upskilled to use AI intentionally and productively, participate in AHRI mentoring programs and access L&D programs on offer
  • Internal Culture Crew: that drives all the fun stuff to happen in our workplace

How to apply:

Hit the ‘apply’ button and submit your application.

Once you’ve submitted your application, we will review it and get back to you as soon as we can to advise whether you have progressed to the next stage of the process or not. The next step of the process will involve a short video-interview submission - prior to further interviews + reference checks being undertaken. You’ll receive instructions via email on the video interview process.
