Job Description

The Mission: Build AI That Matters

As a Young Graduate, you will work at the intersection of mathematical theory and cloud engineering. Your journey will involve:

  • End-to-End ML Lifecycles: Learn to use MLflow to track experiments, manage model versions, and deploy high-performing models into production.
  • Feature Engineering & Pipelines: Collaborate with our Data Engineers to build automated pipelines that transform raw data into "Gold" features for your models.
  • Generative AI & LLMs: Get hands-on with Mosaic AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to build intelligent agents and fine-tune Large Language Models.
  • Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modeling, NLP, and Deep Learning to solve real-world problems—from predictive maintenance to personalized customer journeys.


Model Monitoring: Learn the "Ops" in MLOps—ensuring models remain accurate, ethical, and scalable once they hit the real world.

Qualifications

Are You Our Next Tech Native?

  • Education: A Master’s Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • The Toolbox: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). Knowledge of SQL.
  • Mathematical Core: A solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms (Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, Neural Networks).
  • Curiosity: You are obsessed with the "Why" and stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and Databricks features.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or French is mandatory.
