We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape user-centered product experiences for complex, enterprise-grade applications. This is a role where your work directly impacts the future of 3D printing and digital manufacturing, from healthcare to aerospace.

You’ll combine systems thinking with hands-on design craft, untangling intricate workflows in data-rich environments. As our team evolves, you'll help build UX capability and culture, including mentoring and guiding new team members .

What you will do

• Plan and conduct user research: interviews, contextual inquiry, and user testing
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
• Apply and enhance our design system and component library across products
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality implementation
• Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
• Mentor designers, supporting their growth and building their confidence
• Contribute to evolving UX processes and culture in the software business unit

Your profile

• 7+ years in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex products or features
• Proven ability to design enterprise-grade applications with intricate workflows
• Experience using and contributing to design systems
• Track record of successful collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Experience coaching or mentoring other designers (formal or informal)
• Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and works effectively within constraints
• Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D interfaces, CAD tools, or industrial/technical software
• Familiarity with data-heavy, operational, or multi-system environments
• Experience in healthcare, aerospace, or manufacturing domains
