About The Role
As a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between Growth Analysts, the Product Incentives team, and cross-functional stakeholders, balancing standardization with leveraging local opportunities. Your responsibilities will involve synthesizing insights to inform global playbook development while remaining adaptable to local market needs.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Establish strong collaboration between Growth Analytics, Product Incentives, and Country teams to proactively identify opportunities for enhancing global campaign playbooks, processes, tooling.
- Conduct research, audits and analysis, uncovering insights on customer lifetime value, user experience, and operational efficiency, and sharing these insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Own the impact assessment and generalization of data insights and proposed opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Product team to build joint roadmaps, research business opportunities, ideate on solution design, estimate effort, and prioritize backlog based on impact.
- Own global experimentation roadmap, consolidate learnings into playbooks to optimize the impact of day-to-day Growth Analytics operations.
- Own the rollout roadmap of new segmentation, features, reporting, and tooling across relevant markets for the Growth Analytics team. Ensure playbook adoption across relevant markets.
- Define requirements and own a set of relevant KPIs, dashboards, and tooling for the Growth Analytics and SGTM teams to track progress and make decisions effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar.
- At least 4 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
- Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, Python or R, BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent at best practices of change management and process improvement.
- Fluent in English
