As part of our continued expansion in the mining sector, we are seeking a highly driven Mining Business Development Manager to lead partnership development, client acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of mining infrastructure, institutional clients, and global crypto markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in cryptocurrency mining and datacenter services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders (investors, mining operators, institutions).
• Drive client acquisition strategies and expand the company’s mining capacity utilization.
• Structure and negotiate commercial deals, partnerships, and long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align business development with infrastructure capabilities.
• Monitor market trends in mining (hashrate, energy costs, hardware, regulations) to inform strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics related to business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in crypto mining, blockchain, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency mining (ASICs, hashrate, hosting, energy economics).
• Experience working with institutional or high-value clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High level of ownership, resilience, and performance orientation.
