We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as B2B E-commerce Project Manager, you will be part of B2B E-commerce team at IT Europe O+O. The B2B E-commerce Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple B2B E-commerce projects across the Europe Zone.
This includes NEO remediation of our L’Oréal Partner Shops and LDB Partner Shops, new website rollouts, and the activation of new features on existing platforms.
This role requires strong coordination with our Business and IT partners, quality assurance, and facilitation skills to ensure successful deployments and operational integrity.
What will be your day to day ? :
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of business challenges and contributes as a valuable business partner.
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from framing to hypercare, including planning, project instances, stakeholder management (business, IT, integrators).
- Technical & Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration between all parties, guaranteeing project timelines and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance & Investigation: Oversee testing (integration, UAT), verify functional compliance, and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, regular updates on project status, risks, and blocking points to all stakeholders.
- Puts in place standards and good practices
- Strong understanding of data flows, IT architecture
- B2B E-commerce ecosystem
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Testing methodologies (UAT, integration).
- Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to collaborate with, and influence diverse teams (IT, business, partners) to achieve common goals.
- Effective Communication: Clear and concise communicator, capable of conveying complex information to various audiences.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Autonomy & Proactivity: Demonstrates initiative, self-management, and the ability to drive projects independently while anticipating challenges.
- Rigor & Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in approach, ensuring high standards of quality and precision in all deliverables.
- Adaptability: Capable of thriving in dynamic, international, and matrix environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Business-oriented: Possesses a clear understanding of strategic business challenges and acts as a proactive business partner.
