We're working with Vertec on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a talented Python Developer to lead the implementation of business software for service companies, accompanying clients through efficient business process execution. This role involves analyzing current processes, advising on optimal solutions, and customizing software to meet specific needs.

The Role

• Lead the implementation of Vertec Business Software for service companies.

• Guide clients in establishing efficient business processes using CRM and ERP software.

• Analyze existing client business processes to develop effective implementation concepts and solutions.

• Implement Vertec, perform technical configurations, develop scripts, and customize user interfaces.

• Conduct training sessions for clients and communicate recurring requirements to product management.

• Travel approximately 30% for onsite client appointments, typically day trips within the DACH region.

What You'll Need

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of business processes.

• Proficient knowledge of Python.

• Enthusiasm for developing and technically implementing concepts.

• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify client needs and develop impactful solutions.

• Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills, with native-level German.

• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and SQL; experience with ERP/CRM software implementation is a plus.
