The current focus is on developing the web version and strengthening the entire technical side of the business. We are looking for a Database Administrator who will take responsibility for the stability, performance, and reliability of our databases as the platform continues to grow.

What you will do:

• Administering PostgreSQL and MySQL in production environments
• Designing and maintaining highly available clusters with replication and failover
• Performance tuning under load: optimizing SQL queries, indexes and configurations
• Building and maintaining backup and recovery processes
• Ensuring data security through access control, role management, encryption and auditing
• Monitoring database health, analyzing logs and resolving incidents
• Automating routine processes and collaborating with developers on architecture decisions

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience administering PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Practical experience with replication and high availability solutions.
• Experience optimizing SQL queries and tuning configurations under load.
• Experience setting up backup and recovery processes.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot incidents.
• Basic Linux knowledge required for database operations.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and clearly communicate them to the team.
• Nice to have: experience with Supabase, YugabyteDB, or ClickHouse.
