We are not looking for a dashboard manager. We need a true Player-Coach: a commercial strategist who can manage a lean, high-performing team while personally hunting, structuring, and closing complex strategic deals.
The Mandate
- 50% Player: You are our lead Hunter. You will personally own a quota, expanding into new and existing territories and closing "lighthouse" accounts that set the market standard.
- 50% Coach: You will lead, mentor, and scale a team of ~5–6 reps, enforcing sales discipline and high-performance standards.
- Global Ownership: Own the P&L for sales, global order intake, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy across all markets (EMEA focus) and channels (direct & indirect).
- Strategic Hunting: personally identify and close large-ticket enterprise deals. You are comfortable opening doors at the C-Level of major healthcare organizations.
- Player-Coach Execution: Act as a hands-on individual contributor, personally owning and closing strategic, high-impact deals and complex "lighthouse" opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a lean, multi-market sales team (~5–6 reps), setting clear targets, territories, and priorities to ensure accountability.
- Financial & Deal Structuring: Go beyond the top line. Structure deals that make financial sense for Founda (margins, payment terms, CAC), ensuring sustainable revenue growth, not just "growth at all costs."
- Operational Alignment: Partner closely with the COO to ensure revenue quality, delivery readiness, and a seamless handover from sales to implementation.
- Strategic Input: Drive the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging based on real-time market feedback and deal learnings together with Product.
- Experience: 10+ years in HealthTech sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Financial Acumen: You speak the language of Finance. You understand SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV:CAC) and how to structure contracts to optimize cash flow and revenue recognition.
- The "Hunter" DNA: Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition in complex enterprise environments. You don’t wait for leads; you create them.
- Board Presence: Experience presenting strategy and forecasts to the Board, with the ability to articulate the "why" behind the numbers.
- Scope: Experience managing multi-geography territories (EMEA) and partner/channel sales.
- Data-Driven: You manage by metrics, understanding conversion rates and forecasting methodologies to build a predictable engine.
- Location: Based in The Netherlands, Germany or the UK.
